Online Booking Terms & Conditions

By booking an appointment online, you agree to the following terms:

Booking Requirements

  • A valid credit/debit card is required to secure all online appointments.
  • Your card will not be charged at the time of booking unless a cancellation, late arrival, or no-show fee applies.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
  • Failure to show up for your appointment without notice will result in a 100% no-show fee.

Late Arrivals

  • Please arrive on time. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to shorten or reschedule your service.

Appointment Confirmation

  • Clients are responsible for confirming their appointment via email or text reminders.

Service Adjustments

  • If you book the wrong service, we may adjust your appointment based on time availability.
  • If additional time is needed, we may need to reschedule or adjust pricing.

Pricing

  • All prices listed are starting prices and may vary depending on hair length, density, or extra time required.
  • Final pricing will be discussed during your consultation.

Sick Policy

  • If you are feeling unwell, please reschedule.
  • Guests arriving visibly ill may be asked to reschedule in accordance with the cancellation policy.

Refund Policy

  • We do not offer refunds on services.
  • If you are unhappy with your results, please contact the salon within 7 days so we can make adjustments.

Privacy

  • All personal information provided, including card information, is kept confidential and processed through secure booking software.
